## The need

TCHC must serve two very different needs: give a person in crisis a clear first step toward housing assistance, and provide member agencies with current HMIS, coordinated-entry, PIT count, YHDP, funding, policy, and public-notice materials.

## The approach

The website prioritizes coordinated-entry assessment and access points while organizing technical programs, membership, governance, news, events, PIT data, NOFO competitions, downloadable applications, timelines, policies, and support forms for the regional provider network.

## Choice Apps’ role

Website strategy, information architecture, responsive experience design, content implementation, conversion and contact paths, launch support, and ongoing maintenance.

## Outcome

TCHC has a public operational hub for crisis access and regional coordination, making assistance pathways easier to find while keeping agencies informed about funding competitions, system requirements, meetings, data, and planning work.
