Cap Share is a live event photo wall and shared gallery that brings guests’ photos, videos, and guest-book messages together in one place. Guests join from their phone using a QR code or event code—no app download or guest account required.
The need
The best candid moments at weddings, birthdays, company gatherings, and other live events are often scattered across guests’ phones. Hosts are left chasing files after the event, while conventional shared albums can add account and app-install friction and do little to support moderation or a live, in-room experience.
The approach
Cap Share lets a host create an event in minutes and immediately receive a shareable join code and printable QR poster. Guests scan or enter the code to upload photos and video clips from their browser. Hosts and co-hosts can review submissions, approve what appears publicly, collect digital guest-book messages, download the event collection, and run an approved live gallery or slideshow on a television, projector, or venue display.

The public join experience lets guests enter an event code while returning hosts can move directly to their dashboard. The same no-download guest entry point is available in a bright, accessible light appearance. The host dashboard brings the guest link, QR code, printable poster, live wall, approval queue, guest book, activity, and media downloads into one event workspace.
