A shared gallery and live photo wall for events. Guests scan a QR code to add photos, videos, and guest-book messages from their phones, with no app or guest account required.
The need
After a wedding, birthday, or company event, hosts often have to chase down photos scattered across guests’ phones. They also need a way to review submissions before showing them on a screen during the event.
The approach
Hosts create an event and get a join code and printable QR poster. Guests use the code to upload photos and videos through their browser. Hosts can approve submissions, collect guest-book messages, download the collection, and show a live gallery on a television or projector.

Our role
We designed and built the product, including branding, guest uploads, host controls, sign-in, payments, media processing, and privacy settings. We also handle deployment and ongoing operation.
Outcome
Hosts can collect event photos in one place and choose what appears in the shared gallery. Guests can contribute during the event, watch the live photo wall grow, and leave messages for the host.
