The need
People seeking urgent housing help need different information from donors, volunteers, landlords, and partner agencies. ECHO needed to serve all of them while making help easy to find.
The approach
We made Get Help a prominent starting point and organized services by program. The site also includes donations, volunteering, landlord information, careers, office locations, financial reports, news, and email updates.

Our role
