The need
A volunteer-led fundraiser needs one place to explain why the team participates, keep the annual event date and location visible, and direct supporters to several distinct ways to contribute without confusing team activity with American Cancer Society donations.
The approach
We put the Relay event details up front and added links for American Cancer Society donations and luminaria dedications. Supporters can learn about sponsorships or create an account to bid in the silent auction.

Our role
We planned, designed, and built the website, organized its content, and set up contact and inquiry options. We also provide launch support and ongoing maintenance.
Outcome
The team can update the site for each year’s event. Supporters can find the date and location, donate, dedicate a luminaria, sponsor the team, or bid in the auction.
