Total Care for the Homeless Coalition
A website connecting people with housing assistance and giving partner agencies the resources they need to coordinate services across thirteen South Carolina counties.
The need
TCHC needs to help people in a housing crisis find assistance while giving member agencies access to program guidance, funding notices, data, policies, and forms.
The approach
We made housing assessments and community access points easy to find. Separate sections organize resources for partner agencies, including HMIS, coordinated entry, youth programs, PIT counts, funding applications, policies, meetings, and support forms.

Our role
We planned, designed, and built the website, organized its content, and set up contact and inquiry options. We also provide launch support and ongoing maintenance.
Outcome
People seeking housing help have a clear place to start. Partner agencies can find funding deadlines, forms, meeting details, and program requirements on the same site.
